Historic Block
This is
the Historic Block. Look at
the old buildings. Can you tell
they have been here for a really long time?
I
remember reading that these buildings had a drugstore
and a newspaper office in them. I can see where a
sign once hung on the front of the first building. Do you see
it? What shops are in these buildings now?
Let’s
count the windows. Why do you
think there were so many windows?
