Welcome to The Corner! Everyone can find something they like! The YA section contains books for a wide range of interests and reading levels for grades 6-12. We consistently order award-winning books, and we keep new YA books on display. But it’s not just books… We also have teen magazines like Wizard, Teen People, Seventeen, Trans World Skateboarding, and Teen Voices. Back issues can be checked out for 7 days! There is also a selection of comic books that can be checked out for 3 weeks. Teen Programs

and Financial Aid Information The College and Financial Aid information is housed on the far side of the YA section—be sure you don’t overlook it! It contains valuable material for planning your future education and how to fund it! All scholarship opportunities we receive are posted on the bulletin board, as well as information on obtaining federal Financial Aid. We keep information on all Indiana colleges and universities and a wide selection of out-of-state institutions, as well as information about the United States Armed Forces. Publications about middle school and high school success strategies are housed here, and we keep SAT information booklets here also. If you have any questions or comments, please contact YA Librarian Emily Fleischer at efleischer@brownsburg.lib.in.us or (317)852-3167, ext. 307. You could also drop a note in the suggestion box! |
